Sailing
Both the first and second team competed at Teewatersdam winning silver. Maties Sailors, Chiara Fruet and Hamilton Slater ranking among the Top 6 USSA sailors for 2024.
Golf
After a tough week in Bloemfontein, Maties men’s golf team placed 3rd in the stroke play section and 4th in the match play section.
Tennis
The tennis team consisting of both men and women, won bronze.
Table tennis
In the singles category, DJ Swanevelder received 4th place. In the doubles category, Swanevelder and Leroux Strydom won bronze, with Elizabeth Knoesen and Christina Malan placing 4th.
Basketball
The men’s team grabbed the 5th spot, Maties women’s basketball performed well on home turf and won silver.
Football
Both of the Maties football teams were relegated back into the B-section of USSA.
